Tell us what happened, your device and iOS version, and which version of Clive you’re using. For a train issue, include the station and departure time.

Please leave out passwords, payment details and any personal information we don’t need to help.
Do I need to pay to use Clive?
No. All travel features are free. You can choose an optional annual tip subscription in the app to support Clive. An active tip also hides support prompts.
Can I use Clive without location access?
Yes. Search for a station or choose a favourite. Location helps Clive find nearby stations when you enable it. You can change permission in your device’s Settings.
How do I manage journey memory?
Open Settings → Journey history to pause memory, clear the saved history or restore hidden routes. Memory starts enabled unless you have previously paused it. Clearing memory keeps your favourite stations and recent destination filters.
Where do I manage my support subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Select Clive’s subscription to manage or cancel it. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase or request a refund?
Use Restore Purchases on Clive’s support screen with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Apple handles refund requests at Report a Problem.
Why does a platform or time look different?
Rail information can change, and updates depend on the data provider and your connection. Refresh Clive and check station displays, announcements and your train operator’s information. Widgets and Live Activities may update less frequently than the open app.
Can Clive sell me a ticket or arrange a refund for a journey?
Clive shows train information; it does not sell tickets. Contact your ticket retailer or train operator for tickets, refunds and delay compensation.
